Alouette Lamp Manufactory

The finished product does not give price all the people involved in its making, the process it has been through and the places it has been to, before reaching its new owner.

Spinning, cutting, drilling, coating, … many steps, some delicate some tougher, are necessary to make the Alouette lamp. A design can be very beautiful on paper, but until a skillful craftsmen transforms the actual material into the object, the design remains an idea waiting to be actualized. We are lucky to collaborate with an experienced and dedicated manufacture which has taken on the challenge to materialize these birds. All lamps are hand made and assembled in this manufacture in Germany which has just celebrated its 100th year anniversary.
